Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety first mentality at all times
• Operate Class A truck and/or trailer
• Operate forklifts or equivalent to load, unload, transport and/or stack material
• Maneuver forklifts or equivalent around loaded pallets, skids or boxes and secure material and/or products for transport to designated areas
• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles or auxiliary equipment, such as cleaning and fueling gas tank
• Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse or facility to ensure timely and complete delivery
• Manually or mechanically load and/or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, trucks, lifting devices or other transport vehicles
• Track hours of service and report to HSE Department
• Operate packaging machine and/or equipment

Work Context

• Physical Exertion – Extended periods of time will be spent sitting, making repetitive motions, standing and using your hands to handle & control objects, tools & controls
• Communication – Contact with others via email, phone call & in-person discussion
• Work Attire – Common protective and safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, etc.
• Work Setting – Majority of time will be spent in an enclosed vehicle but driver is expected to work in weather conditions when necessary

Education

High School diploma or equivalent recommended.

Class A CDL required as needed.

Experience

Prior oil & gas or commercial driving experience preferred.
