The Inside Sales Representative will engage in selling products to our customers with elevated customer service through face-to-face & remote interactions. Their goal will always be to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Greet and field walk-in counter sales as well as inbound telephone inquiries
  • Research answers to technical questions for customers
  • Make outbound follow-up calls / emails to potential and existing customers to qualify leads
  • Sell products and services
  • Provide product demos to customers on request
  • Prepare RFQ’s, following up with customers in a timely fashion
  • Prepare sales orders that are requested or are a result of converting RFQ’s
  • Estimate ETAs to customers, based on knowledge of vendor production and delivery schedules
  • Prepare daily CP report of business transactions
  • Partner with outside sales representatives fulfilling customer transactions
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues on service, quality and other items
  • Manage customer returns including requests for repairs
  • Attend periodic customer appreciation events
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested


Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.


Industry experience is favored but not required. Applicants must be eager to learn and open to instruction.
