The Administrative Support Specialist will provide general administrative support to all departments as required. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, accustomed to multitasking, and solve problems with a friendly and helpful approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound phone calls while directing calls to the appropriate parties
Welcome and greet visitors
Retrieve and distribute mail daily
Assist with new customer set up and existing customer credit references
Manage office supply inventory
Assist with the invoicing process
Assist with Accounts Payable support
Assist with administrative data management projects as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
Prior office administration experience is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience using business email services, such as Microsoft Outlook
Strong communication skills
